Planning and Land Management
The Planning and Land Management Office is responsible for complying with the provisions of Act No. 107 of August 14, 2020, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Municipal Code Act, regarding the Comprehensive Planning of the Autonomous Municipality of Guaynabo, based on its Land Management Plan.
The Land Management Office is the Municipal Unit in charge of carrying out the planning and implementation of the Land Management Plan regarding the use and development of the land of the Autonomous Municipality of Guaynabo.
Mission
To achieve the successful development and planning of the Municipality in all its areas: Social, Urban, Environmental and Economic, in the processes of Implementation of the Guaynabo Land Management Plan.
Vision
To offer quality service to the citizens of Guaynabo in all matters related to the use and development of municipal land.
