Services to the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities
The Service Centers have a dedicated space for the aging population. In addition to the seven senior-specific centers, the program provides home-based care to Golden Age citizens who are bedridden, disabled or have health conditions that prevent them from leaving home to receive services at the centers.
Our daily services for more than 1,000 seniors exceed 100,000 services annually and encompass a variety of needs, such as lunches, transportation and home support, among many others.
In addition, we offer services to people with disabilities, seeking their active participation in the community and contributing to their full development. We coordinate both public and private efforts for their treatment and rehabilitation, also providing medical equipment, if necessary.
