The Population and Housing Census is the set of statistical activities aimed at collecting, compiling, evaluating, analyzing, publishing and disseminating housing characteristics of households and demographic, economic and social data relating to all inhabitants of a country at a given time.

The data used from the Autonomous Municipality of Guaynabo for the analysis came from the U.S. Census Bureau for the years 2010 and 2020. In addition, some tables use the American Community Survey, 5-year estimates.
