with no work experience or academic degree.<\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Dislocated Workers Program:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Helps people who have lost their jobs return to the workforce.<\/span><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Youth Program:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> It encourages young people between the ages of 14 and 24 to achieve their goals and own their future.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>In addition, Conexi\u00f3n Laboral works directly with employers, offering interview facilities, job postings, referrals of potential candidates, assistance with employee closings or layoffs, and training opportunities such as:<\/p><ul><li><strong>On-the-Job Training (OJT):<\/strong> Occupational training that reimburses the employer up to 90% of the employee's salary.<\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Customized training:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Designed to meet the specific requirements of an employer.<\/span><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Training of incumbent workers:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Provides mechanisms to upgrade skills, promote employees and avoid layoffs.
